Kleen Pro has a history of twenty years service dealing with small, as well as large, catastrophic events. We operate under the IICRC S500 Standards of Care and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration. Complete Emergency Service needs will be coordinated by our Emergency Service Manager. All services will include contingencies for backup plans that include small and large incidents. Additional equipment and/or manpower will be added on an as-needed basis.

Kleen Pro prides itself on being one of the premier restoration companies in the City of Charlotte. We were incorporated and began operation in 1985, and are presently serving not only insurance companies, but also residential and commercial properties. We are a catastrophic fire, smoke, water, and mold remediation company.

Kleen Pro was originally organized in 1985 by Ken Walser as a Fire, Smoke, and Water Restoration company. During subsequent years, the business grew and moved to several different locations. In 1996, it was sold to John E. O’Neil and Robert S. Eckles. In January 2000, Ken Walser rejoined the firm as part owner.

Kleen Pro has managed the emergency restoration services for several of the high-rise buildings within the City of Charlotte. We successfully provided and managed the operations of large-scale water extraction, antimicrobial treatments, drying services, fire and smoke restoration from beginning to end. We completely understand the task of Emergency Service Restoration of residential and commercial properties. We offer outstanding service in Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Kleen Pro is a licensed general contractor in the state of North Carolina.

We are actively performing emergency mitigation on all water claims to reduce the risk of mold health and safety issues for the customer and insurance companies.

Kleen Pro uses digital imaging cameras for all pictures on losses. We have the capability to handle all claims electronically through the Internet.

With a thorough knowledge of direct repair programs, Kleen Pro is actively involved with the Alacrity Third Party Administrator for Allstate Insurance Company and Fireman's Fund. Other companies under direct repair programs are Montgomery Insurance Company, State Farm and Kemper Insurance Company, USAA, Nationwide, and Crawford Contractor Connection. We also service Erie Insurance Group, The Travelers, Kemper Insurance Company, and Farm Bureau.

All Kleen Pro estimators are currently certified to identify potential subrogation recovery. We have instituted procedures in evaluating damaged or manufacturer defective parts.

All owners also handle the repair processes of all claims and oversee not only Emergency Services, but also the re-building process. All owners oversee the carpet and upholstery cleaning needs after the Emergency Service.
