The contents restoration portion of Kleen Pro
is a vital and ever-changing part of our company. The primary
function of this part of our organization is to restore.
It is our responsibility to evaluate and handle
an insured’s personal belongings with the utmost care and
concern; and at the same time, minimize the insurance company’s
exposure. A good contents restoration company must have four
fundamental areas in order to be successful.

Facility: an area dedicated to cleaning,
storage and other needed processings. We have a modern, up-to-date
office/warehouse facility that we are extremely proud of
and to which we are comfortable bringing both adjusters and
insured’s.

Personnel: We at Kleen Pro feel we have
the best! We have project managers, crew leaders and restoration
techs who do a great job and take pride in their work.

Equipment & Supplies: Kleen Pro has
the latest state-of-the-art equipment and supplies. We are
constantly looking for the next item that will not only boost
our productivity, but continue to give our company a competitive
edge.

Systems & Procedures: An ongoing work-in-progress.
We at Kleen Pro know that the only way to stay ahead of the
game is to be willing for constant change, additional training,
not only in our interoffice skills, but the technical skills
of our warehouse personnel. We facilitate this training in-house,
as well as out-of-state seminars with the most knowledgeable
in the restoration field.
